Charlene Lima (b. August 18, 1953) is a Democratic member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing District 14. She was first elected to the chamber in 1992. She currently serves as Deputy Majority Leader. She previously served as Deputy Majority Whip in 1992.

Biography

Lima earned her B.A. from the University of Rhode Island in 1975. Her professional experience includes working as a truant officer and a teacher for the Providence School Department.
