Charlene Lima (b. August 18, 1953) is a Democratic member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing District 14. Lima joined the Rhode Island House of Representatives in 1993. In 1992, she served as Deputy Majority Whip. She currently serves as Deputy Majority Leader.

Education

Lima earned her BA from the University of Rhode Island in 1975.

Lima won re-election to the 14th District Seat in 2010. He was unopposed in the September 14 Democratic primary and defeated Republican William Surrette Sr. in the general election on November 2, 2010.[2][3]
