Charles Boggs was a 2011 Democratic candidate for District 120 of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He was defeated by incumbent Richard Bennett on November 8, 2011. Boggs is a retired attorney. He served as a Long Beach Alderman from 2005 to 2009. Boggs earned his BA from Georgetown University in 1967 and J.D. from Tulane Law School in 1970.[1]

Boggs ran in the 2011 election for Mississippi House of Representatives District 120. He ran unopposed in the August 2 primary and was defeated by incumbent Republican Richard Bennett in the November 8 general election.[2]
