Charles Denison (b. August 18, 1935) is a former Republican member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 135 since 2005.

Denison worked as a Sales Manager for Midway Ford Truck Sales from 1989-1995. He has also been Owner of C&P Truck and Body, Sales Manager for JB Case Equipment, and Sales Manager for the Browning Ferris Mack Company.

Denison is a member of the American Diabetes Association, CASP Board of Directors, Diplomats Club of Springfield, Chair of Fundraising for the Parkinson's Group of the Ozarks, Usher at the Second Baptist Church, and Director of the Springfield Area Pachyderm Club.
