Charles Lavine (b. August 14, 1947) is a Democratic member of the New York State Assembly. He has represented District 13 since 2005. Lavine's political experiences also include member of the Glen Cove City Council; committee member, chair, and vice chair of Glen Cove Democratic Committee; and a committee person for Nassau County Democratic Committee.
