The question on the ballot:

Shall the tax limitation on general ad valorem taxes within Charlevoix County imposed under Article IX, Sec. 6 of the Michigan Constitution be increased for Charlevoix County Commission on Aging by .65 mills or $0.65 per $1,000.00 of taxable value for a period of four (4) years, 2012 though 2015 inclusive, for the purpose of supporting existing and implementing additional Senior Citizen programs?
