Charlie Huggins (b. January 27, 1947 in High Springs, Florida) is the Republican President of the Alaska State Senate, representing District E. He was first appointed to the chamber in 2004.

Huggins served as the Alaska Director of Veterans Affairs from 2003-2004.[1]

Biography

Huggins earned his B.S. in criminal justice from Florida State University in 1969 and his M.A. in personnel management in 1980 at Webster University.[2]
