Charlie Joyner (b. July 22, 1940) is a Republican member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives. He has represented the 95th District since 2006.

Joyner is fire chief of the Midwest City Fire Department and operations manager for Tony Caesar's Flower & Greenhouses. He and his wife, Gwen, have four children.
