A Chauncey Village Police Levy Addition measure was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the village of Chauncey, which is in Athens County.

This measure was defeated

YES 87 (37.34%)
NO 146 (62.66%)d^[1]

This measure sought to add to the current police levy by a rate of 7.75 mills for a further five years in order to continue to pay for police protection services in the village.^[2]
