Baltimore has been vice president and in-house counsel for Boone Bank & Trust Co. since 2006. He was formerly a partner in the law firm of Doran, Anderson & Baltimore in Boone, IA. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Iowa State University and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.
