Chip Baltimore is a Republican member of the Iowa House of Representatives. He has represented the 48th District since January 10, 2011.

Baltimore has been vice president and in-house counsel for Boone Bank & Trust Co. since 2006. He was formerly a partner in the law firm of Doran, Anderson & Baltimore in Boone, IA. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Iowa State University and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. Baltimore and his wife Diana, have two children.
