A Chippewa Township Fire Levy Renewal measure will be on the August 7, 2012 ballot in the township of Chippewa, which is in Mecosta County.
This measure seeks to renew the current fire levy which is set at a rate of $1 per $1,000 of assessed value for a further four years in order to continue to pay for fire operational and equipment costs in the township.
