Chris Hall is a Democratic member of the Iowa House of Representatives. He has represented the 2nd District since 2011.

Prior to becoming a state representative, Hall worked in mat fabrication for Concrete Products, Inc. from July to October 2010 and as deputy finance director for Iowa Governor Chet Culver from June 2009 to March 2010. He was also a clerk for the Iowa legislature from January to May 2009 and a regional field director for the Iowa Democratic Party from August to November 2008. Hall holds a B.A. in Political Science from Grinnell College.[1]

Hall ran in the 2012 election for Iowa House of Representatives District 13. Hall ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on June 5, 2012 and defeated fellow incumbent Jeremy Taylor in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2][3]


Hall won election to the Iowa House of Representatives, defeating Cate Bryan (R) in the November 2 general election.[4]
