Hall earned his B.A. in Political Science from Grinnell College.[1] His professional experience includes working as a mat fabricator for Concrete Products, Inc., deputy finance director for Iowa Governor Chet Culver, clerk for the Iowa legislature, and regional field director for the Iowa Democratic Party.
