Chris McDaniel (b. June 28, 1971) is a Republican member of the Mississippi State Senate, representing the 42nd Senatorial District.

McDaniel joined the Mississippi State Senate in 2008. He has served in that position since, representing the 42nd district.

McDaniel attended Jones County Junior College. He went on to attend William Carey University. He then earned his JD from the University of Mississippi School of Law.
