Chris Taylor is a Democratic member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, District 48. She was elected in the August 9, 2011 special election. She filled the vacancy created when Joseph Parisi (D) resigned after winning election as Dane County executive.[1]

Taylor defeated five other opponents in the July 12, 2011 special election primary. She was unopposed in the August 9, 2011 special general election.[2][3]
