Radogno is running for re-election to the Illinois State Senate in District 41 in the 2012 election. Radogno was unopposed in the Republican primary on March 20, 2012. She was originally set to face off against Duane Bradley in the primary, but he was removed from the ballot on January 9, 2012 for having insufficient signatures.[3][4] Radogno is unopposed in the general election, which takes place November 6, 2012.

On November 4, 2008, Republican Christine Radogno won re-election to the Illinois State Senate District 41 receiving 74,777 votes, ahead of Democrat Audrey Manley (42,848 votes).[5]
