Cindy Winckler (b. May 27, 1950) is a Democratic member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing the 86th District since 2000.

Winckler is a Curriculum and Instruction Facilitator at West High School.[1]

On November 4, 2008, Winckler was re-elected to the 86th District Seat in the Iowa House of Representatives, defeating Joseph R. Sturgis (R). [2] Winckler raised $21,020 for her campaign, while Sturgis raised $4,725. [3]
