Cindy Winckler (b. May 27, 1950) is a Democratic member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing the 86th District since 2001.

Winckler is a Curriculum and Instruction Facilitator at West High School.[1]

Winckler won re-election to the 86th District seat against Ray Ambrose (R). Winckler had no opposition in the Democratic primary. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[2]
