Cindy Winckler (b. May 27, 1950) is a Democratic member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing the 86th District since 2001.

Winckler is a Curriculum and Instruction Facilitator at West High School.[1]

Winckler ran in the 2012 election for Iowa House of Representatives District 90. Winckler ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on June 5, 2012. No Republican candidates have filed in the district. The general election takes place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
