Cindy Winckler (b. May 27, 1950) is a Democratic member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing the 86th District since 2001.

Winckler is a Curriculum and Instruction Facilitator at West High School.[1]

Winckler ran for re-election to the 86th District seat against Ray Ambrose (R). Winckler had no opposition in the Democratic primary. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.


On November 4, 2008, Winckler was re-elected to the 86th District Seat in the Iowa House of Representatives, defeating Joseph R. Sturgis (R). [2] Winckler raised $21,020 for her campaign, while Sturgis raised $4,725. [3]
