CART activist explains how petition process works
Citizens Against Road Tolls (CART) is a group is Massachusetts working to qualify the Massachusetts Elimination of Tolls Initiative (2010) for the November 2010 ballot.

CART is led by volunteers. The group's mission is to abolish all road tolls in the state.
