A City of Albany Medical Marijuana Dispensaries Advisory Vote, Measure D ballot proposition was on the November 7, 2006 ballot in the City of Albany in Alameda County, where it was approved.

  • Yes: 3,314 (54.3%) Approveda
  • No: 2,784 (45.7%)

The ballot question was, "Do you support the establishment of a single medical marijuana dispensary in the City of Albany, to be subject to regulations that the City Council will incorporate into the Municipal Code prior to consideration of any permit for such a dispensary?"
