A City of Chula Vista Elected City Attorney, Proposition Q ballot question was on the November 4, 2008 ballot for voters in the City of Chula Vista in San Diego County, California, where it was approved.

Proposition Q amended the city's charter so that the City Attorney became an elected (rather than an appointed) city officer.
