A City of Coalinga Role of City Manager, Measure D ballot question was on the February 5, 2008 ballot for voters in the City of Coalinga in Fresno County, where it was defeated.

If Measure D had been approved, it would have shifted some responsibilities and decisions away from Coalinga's city manager directly to the city council, or committees appointed by the city council.
