A City of Davis Right to Vote on Open Space, Measure R ballot proposition is on the June 8, 2010 ballot for voters in the City of Davis in Yolo County.

If Measure R if approved, it will extend Measure J, which voters approved in March 2000, for another 10 years. If Measure R is defeated, then Measure J, the "Citizen's Right to Vote on Future Use of Open Space and Agricultural Lands Ordinance", will no longer be in force.

The question on the ballot:

MEASURE R: Shall Ordinance No. 2350, to Amend and Extend “Measure J” (Ordinance No. 2008 - Citizens’ Right to Vote on Future Use of Open Space and Agricultural Lands) to Extend the Sunset Date of the Measure to December 31, 2020, and to Make Technical Changes to the Ordinance, be adopted?[1]
