A City of Fillmore Sales Tax, Measure I
ballot question was on the November 8, 2011 ballot
for voters in the City of Fillmore in Ventura County
, where it was defeated.
If Measure I had been approved, an additional sales tax of 3/4 cent would have been imposed on the purchase of goods and services within the city limits of Fillmore. The tax would have lasted for five years, although it could have been removed earlier than five years if litigation between the City of Fillmore and the cities of Livermore and Industry had been resolved in favor of Fillmore.
