A Mt. Healthy ordinance referendum will be on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Hamilton County, Ohio.[1]

This measure provides residents with an option for a change in zoning for residential property 7272 Hamilton Avenue.

Text of the Measure

Language on the ballot:

Shall the Ordinance passed by the Council of the City of Mt. Healthy changing the zoning for the property at 7272 Hamilton Avenue from “D” Residential Multi-Family to “E-1” Retail Business District, effective October 18, 2011, be approved?[1][2]
