A City of Rialto Business Tax on Petroleum Products, Measure V ballot question was on the November 6, 2012 ballot for voters in the City of Rialto in San Bernardino County, where it was defeated.

Measure V would have allowed the city to impose a tax on the businesses located in Rialto that produce petroleum products. It was anticipated that this new tax would result in about $5 million a year in new revenues.[1]
