A City of Rolling Hills Stable Zoning Ordinance, Measure RH-A ballot question is on the March 5, 2013 ballot for voters in the City of Rollings Hills in Los Angeles County.[1]

Measure RH-A: "Shall an Ordinance be adopted amending the zoning ordinance to allow stables constructed prior to July 12, 2010 to be used for residential purposes?"[2]
