A City of San Luis Obispo Annexation of the Orcutt Area, Measure C ballot question was on the November 15, 2011 ballot for voters in the Orcutt Area of San Luis Obispo County, where it was approved.

The proposal was to annex 21 parcels in the Orcutt Area into the City of San Luis Obispo. The Orcutt Area is adjacent to the southeast boundary of the City of San Luis Obispo. It includes about 231 acres bounded by Tank Farm Road to the south, Orcutt Road to the east and north, and the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) to the west.
