Shall the Ordinance No. 2174 approving and adopting the amendment to the amended Redevelopment Plan for the Downtown Revitalization Project No. 1 be adopted?


Ordinance 2174, the subject of Measure SP, was passed by the City Council to amend the Amended Redevelopment Plan for Downtown Revitalization Redevelopment Project No. 1 to clarify an ambiguity in the Plan. The Plan was originally amended and adopted on November 3, 1976. The purpose of the Plan amendment is to clarify that commercial and residential uses, which are part of a mixed-use development, are permitted within the project area.
