Clara Burnett (b. August 28, 1941) is a Democratic member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. She has represented the 9th District since 2004.

Burnett is a funeral director and previously worked as a teacher. She earned her MS from Delta State and BS from Jackson State University.[1]
