Clark Jolley is a Republican member of the Oklahoma State Senate, representing the 41st District. Jolley joined the Senate in 2004. He has previously served as an Assistant Majority Floor Leader.

Jolley received a B.M.E. and B.A. in Political Science from Oklahoma Baptist University (1992) and a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law (1995). In 1995, Jolley established a private law practice and served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Oklahoma Department of Labor.
