A Clay County Sunday Alcohol Sales Permission question is on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Citrus County, which is in Florida.

If approved, this proposal authorizes the County of Clay to permit sale of alcohol on Sunday in unincorporated parts of Clay County.[1]

SHALL AN ORDINANCE BE ADOPTED AMENDING CLAY COUNTY CODE SEC. 3-2 BY REVISING SUBSECTION (b) TO CHANGE THE 2 P.M. TO 12 A.M. SUNDAY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES SALE AND CONSUMPTION HOURS WITHIN UNINCORPORATED CLAY COUNTY TO THE PERIOD FROM 7 A.M. TO THE FOLLOWING 2 A.M., CONSISTENT WITH ALL OTHER DAYS, SUBJECT TO SPECIFIED LIMITATIONS; DELETING SUBSECTION (d) REGARDING DECEMBER 31 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES SALES; REDESIGNATING CERTAIN SUBSECTIONS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE?
