Clifford Crouch (b. May 7, 1945) is a Republican member of the New York State Assembly, representing District 122 since 2013. As of the 2013 session, he serves as State Assembly Minority Conference Leader. He represented District 107 from 1995 to 2013. Crouch is the minority conference vice-chair for the New York State Assembly. His other political experiences are former assistant minority whip for the New York State Assembly; chair and county supervisor of Chenango County Board of Supervisors; town supervisor and town councilman for the Town of Bainbridge.

Crouch is the owner of Country Settings and the director of Broome Cooperative Insurance Company. Crouch's other professional experiences include dairy farmer and the owner/operator of Crouch Farms.

Crouch earned an AAS in dairy science from Cornell University. He and his wife, Barbara, have three children; Traci, Sarah, and Timothy.[1]
