Clifford Larsen is a Democratic member of the Montana State Senate, representing District 50 since 2009. Starting in the 2013-2014 session, Larsen serves as a Minority Whip.

Larsen served in the Vietnam War. He has also worked in the following positions: Counselor for Veterans Administration, Educator for the University of Oregon, Commissioner for the Missoula County Airport Authority, Healthcare Administrator, and Educator for Boise State University. He is currently Operator of a Ranch/Farming Enterprise in LaValle Creek.

Larsen was a candidate for the Montana State Senate in 2004.

Larsen won re-election in the 2012 election for Montana State Senate, District 50. Larsen ran unopposed in the June 5 primary election and defeated Niles Brush (R) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
