Clifton Moore (b. February 15, 1949) is a Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates. He has represented District 23 since 2004 and currently serves as an Assistant Majority Whip.

Moore earned his BA from West Virginia State College. He went on to received his MA and PhD from Kennedy Western University.

Moore is an school administrator.[1]
