The Board of Directors of College Place School District No. 250 adopted Resolution No. 03-2011-2012, concerning a proposition to finance capital improvements to its education facilities. This proposition would authorize the District to construct a new PK-5 Davis Elementary School at the current campus; improve Meadow Brook Intermediate School and construct additions and improvements to John Sager Middle School to create a 6-12 grade campus; construct a bus garage; issue $38,525,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within 20 years; and levy annual excess property taxes to pay such bonds, as provided in Resolution No. 03-2011-2012.
