The Colorado Aliens Eligible for Citizenship to Acquire Property Act, also known as Measure 2, was on the November 7, 1944 ballot in Colorado as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have provided foreigners eligible for citizenship the ability to acquire and dispose of real and personal property.[1]
