The Colorado Cost Reduction for Publishing Information on Measures Act, also known as Measure 7, was on the November 5, 1912 ballot in Colorado as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have established methods to reduce costs for publishing constitutional amendments, initiated and referred laws and publishing arguments for and against.[1]
