The Colorado Labor Union Membership Rules, Proposed Amendment 5 was on the November 4, 1958 ballot in Colorado as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was approved.

  • Yes: 200,319 (38.6%)
  • No: 318,480 (61.4%) Defeatedd

Issue 4's short ballot title was, "Adding a new section to the Constitution providing membership in any labor union."
