A Colorado Supreme Court Term Limit Measure may appear on the November 6, 2012 ballot in Colorado as an initiated constitutional amendment. The measure would ban the state from interfering with freedom of religion.[1]

Path to the ballot

Supporters of the measure have to collect at least 85,853 valid signatures by the August 6, 2012 petition drive deadline in order to make the November 6, 2012 general election ballot.
