Cooperative of American Physicians IE Committee is a Super PAC funded by the Cooperative of American Physicians, which is a physician group focused on managing "ever-increasing medical malpractice costs."[1]

As of July 9, 2012, the Cooperative of American Physicians Independent Expenditure Committee had raised $2,588,688 and spent $666,968. Of that spending, $102,184 was on independent political expenditures.[2]

As of July 9, 2012, the CAP IE Committee had spent $102,184 on independent expenditures, all in support of U.S. Representative Janice Hahn (D),[3] who is seeking re-election in 2012.
