Curt Dougherty (b. December 13, 1956) is a former Democratic member of the Missouri House of Representatives. He represented District 53 from 2003 to 2011.

Dougherty is an independent electrical contractor. He attended Missouri Western State College and NS Hillyard Technical School.

Dougherty is a member of the Ararat Shrine Temple, Kansas City, Ancient Arabic Order, Nobles of the Mystic Shrine, Tribe of Mic O Say - Boy Scouts of America, First Assembly of God Church, Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #3717, Sugar Creek, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers #124, Jackson County Shrine Club, McDonald Masonic Lodge #324 AF&AM, and Missouri Right to Life.
