|Shall the expired previous voted increase in the tax limitation imposed under Article IX, Sec. 6 of the Michigan Constitution in Custer Township, of one and one-half (1 ½) mills ($1.50 per $1,000 of taxable value), be renewed at the original voted 1.5 mills ($1.50 per $1,000 of taxable value) and levied for 4 years, 2012 through 2015 inclusive, for purposes of raising an estimated $49,200 in the first year the millage is levied for maintenance of Custer Township roads?|
