D. Page Elmore (b. May 31, 1939) is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates. He has represented District 38A since January 8, 2003.

Elmore is a businessman. From 1965 to 1998 he served as Owner/Chief Executive Officer of Shore Disposal Incorporated.

Elmore is Chair of the Maryland Rural Caucus, Eastern Shore Delegation, and Somerset County Delegation. He is a member of the Blue Crab Task Force, Maryland Legislative Sportsmen's Caucus, and Tri-County Council for the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland.[1]
