He finished behind Douglas Reynolds (D) with 12,462 and Kelli Sobonya (R) with 12,071 votes. Dale Stephens (b. November 23, 1959) is a Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates. He has represented District 16 since 2004. Previously, Stephens served in the West Virginia State House of Delegates from 2000 to 2002. He ran for reelection in 2002 but was not elected.

Stephens earned his BS from Marshall University in 1993.

Stephens has been the Owner of AAA Signs since 1985. He has also worked as a School Bus Operator.[1]

He finished behind Douglas Reynolds (D) with 12,462 and Kelli Sobonya (R) with 12,071 votes. Stephens finished ahead of Amy Herrenkohl (D) who had 9,476 votes.[3] Stephens raised $40,445 for his campaign fund.[4]
