Dan Fleming was a Democratic candidate for District 59 of the Indiana House of Representatives. The primary election was on May 4, 2010 and the general election was on November 2.

Fleming lost to Republican incumbent Milo Smith by a margin of 10,196 to 4,607. Libertarian candidate Ed Dilts came in third with 603 votes. [1] The general election took place on November 2, 2010.

In the May 4th primary, Fleming ran unopposed and received 1,090 votes. [2]
