Dan B. Frankel (b. April 11, 1956) is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 23. He was first elected to the chamber in 1998. He is currently serving as Minority Caucus Leader.

Biography

Frankel earned his B.A. in Political Science from Kenyon College in 1978. He then attended the Certificate Program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government at the John F. Kennedy School of Government of Harvard University. His professional experience includes working as Vice-President of The Frankel Company from 1980 to 1989 and as the Vice-President of Hilb, Rogal & Hamilton, Incorporated.
